It’s Thanksgiving. But, it’s also just another day I’m living without you.
Please guide me. Please continue to help me navigate through life. I need you now more than ever. I will listen, and watch, and remain sensitive to your signs.
Sometimes I feel like my world has fallen apart and I will never be able to figure out how to put it back together.
I will never be the same.
Thankful for all that you have given me, taught me, done for me, and been to me. Thankful for the brothers and sister you gave me. Thankful for picking the father you gave me. And thankful for some of the innate craziness you passed on to me. Thank you for giving me life, mommy. Now if only you could teach me how to live without you.
